Welcome to Woodmere!

Located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, our 13 bedroom beach house is rented by the week during the summer and shoulder seasons. The small house just to the right of the swimming pool in the lower aerial photo is also part of this property. It is often used as a honey-moon cottage when the property is used for weddings.
The houses are located on 100 ft of street frontage with approximately 750 ft running east and west.

Woodmere is the L-shaped house with the green roof in the picture above. The pool is is just to the right of the big house.

This photo shows the gazebo at Woodmere, an oceanfront beach house on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Although Woodmere is an older home which dates from the forties, it is actually two buildings put together to form the larger L shaped structure, and has been renovated with modern heatpumps. This vacation home can accomodate 30-40 people. Often one or two families get together for a week or two in the vacation season for fishing, surfing, beachcombing and fun.
The Outer Banks is a world class destination for Wind-Surfing. Beautful natural beaches and wildlife, as well as convenient amenities for shopping and entertainment attract not only North Carolinians and Virginians but people from all along the eastern half of the country including Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and New Jersey!
Woodmere is often enjoyed for weddings and anniversaries. Our family comes from all over the country for Thanksgiving and other family get-togethers.
